Came to Youngstown, Ohio to live with an uncle and aunt (Jacob and Blanche)

Spoke school English when he came to U.S.

 

Parents came when he was 18

 

Pearl Harbor the 7th of December he heard about it in school

 

Volunteered for the service – the Air Force – intelligence
