Whether you have known Rabbi Cohen since he arrived in Santa Barbara to be the Executive Director of Santa Barbara Hillel almost 30 years ago, or you have just met him recently, we are sure you agree he has had a impact not only in the Jewish community, but also in the overall Santa Barbara community. His engaging, open, and inspiring presence, his brilliant and insightful teaching, and his gracious leadership have touched thousands and have built Congregation B’nai B’rith into a thriving, diverse, and dynamic community working together to make the world a better place.
During the evening we will recognize Rabbi Cohen’s leadership and highlight a few of the ways that the power and commitment of our community have contributed to many individuals and groups in Santa Barbara and across the globe.
